Terms of Service
Effective April 2026
By using Via (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. Via is offered to individual users holding valid Google accounts; enterprise deployments require a separate agreement.
Google API usage
Via's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use restricted-scope Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or ML models.
Acceptable use
You may not use Via to send unsolicited bulk email, phish, harass, distribute malware, infringe copyright, or violate applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation.
Limitation of liability
Via, its founders, and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity arising from use of the Service. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Via in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or USD $100, whichever is greater).
Account termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for abuse, non-payment, or extended inactivity with reasonable notice.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance.
